Social Investment Unpicked was adapted from a one day in-person training course developed by Big Society Capital and supported by Good Finance. In adapting it for online learning, we gathered user feedback at every step and used it to develop the course.
Our webinar and drop in sessions take place on a weekly basis for one hour, usually over lunchtime.

Week 2: Office hour
An optional drop in session to discuss any queries, issues or questions you might have around the course, and an opportunity to network with other learners.
Week 3: Webinar 1 - Modules 1&2
Come prepared to this interactive session to deep dive into modules 1&2. With plenty of time for discussion, questions and further insights, you'll come away with a deeper understanding of the foundations of social investment.
Week 4: Office hour
An optional drop in session giving you the opportunity to reflect on your learnings to date, plus ask questions and receive additional support where needed.

Week 6: Webinar 2 - Modules 3&4
An interactive session taking a closer look at learnings from modules 3&4. In groups you'll discuss the case studies and theory of change bringing social investment to life with real-life examples.
Week 7: Graduation
Congratulations! You've completed Social Investment Unpicked! In this session we'll reflect on key learnings and celebrate your achievement. But the learning doesn't stop here - find out more about additional training and programmes we offer, plus how to keep in touch going forward.
