10.00 – 10.45 Welcome

A welcome from the team, plus an icebreaker activity to disrupt your thinking and set the tone for the day!

10.45 – 11.00 Team creation

(tea and coffee served) As we take a quick break, you'll move into teams based on your area of interest and the challenge you want to tackle.

11.00 – 12.45 Exploration

In your team you'll brainstorm ideas within your chosen challenge area. By the end of this session you'll have narrowed down to a specific issue and considerations around the interventions needed to tackle this challenge.

12.45 – 13.15 Lunch

After a high-energy session, we'll break for lunch and some time to network and explore the ideas other groups have been working on.

13.15 – 15.00 Development

This is where your idea really comes to life! In your team you'll develop your prototype solution, pulling in support from expert skill sets within the room. By the end of this session, you'll have a prototype solution ready to share with other attendees.

14.45 - 15.00 (Tea & Coffee served)

15.00 – 16.15 Presentations

Pitch your idea to a panel and fellow attendees. Each team will have 5 minutes to share their idea followed by 10 minutes for questions from the panel and audience.

16.15 – 17.00 Prize giving and next steps

Vote for your favourite idea and pitch in your suggestions and feedback on how to take this forward.
