“This was another in a series of successful investments into community pubs that we have made across Wales. There's no lack of evidence to prove how vital they are in helping keep villages alive and it's great to see them grow into real hubs of village life. It was doubly rewarding for us to support Glan Yr Afon in such an historic place in Wales so they can continue being part of telling that story.”
Alun Jones, Head of Social Investment, WCVA
"Roedd hwn yn un arall mewn cyfres o fuddsoddiadau llwyddiannus mewn tafarndai cymunedol rydyn ni wedi’i wneud ar hyd a lled Cymru. Mae llwyth o dystiolaeth i brofi pa mor hanfodol ydynt i helpu i gadw pentrefi yn fyw, ac mae'n wych eu gweld nhw'n tyfu i fod yn ganolfannau go iawn o fywyd pentref.
