This summer the NHS turns 70 years old, and Social Enterprise UK will be celebrating the social enterprise contribution to its many achievements over the years at Social Enterprise UK's annual Health and Social Care Conference.

Join SEUK, and their keynote speaker Chief Executive of NHS England, Simon Stevens, on July 12 to celebrate the important contribution of social enterprises to the NHS and explore the future of working together to provide quality care and services.

About

The conference is also an opportunity to untangle some of the meaty challenges that face the NHS today, seen through the lens of social enterprise. We will have workshops that delve further into the realities of devolution, the challenges faced in the NHS market for independent providers and also look at some of the most innovative approaches being used by social enterprises to meet the needs of their communities. We will also embrace expertise from outside the health and social care sector on approaches to managing recruitment and retention of a talented workforce.

The conference is of interest to health and social care social enterprises, charities, housing associations, NHS commissioners, local authorities, private providers and all those involved in supporting social businesses.
